Georgia is a Partner of the Firm and a privacy and digital transformation expert. She is the head of the Firm’s Legal Technology Practice, specializing in commercial law, technology contracts, IP, consumer law, data protection, including AI and cybersecurity. She guides clients in developing data-driven products, ensuring compliance with privacy and cybersecurity regulations, and designing data protection compliance programs, especially with the GDPR. Georgia also advises enterprises on investigations initiated by the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data or following a cyber intrusion or data breach. The legal support she provides will expand to any litigation matter that will emerge resulting from these investigations. Georgia is an accredited Mediator.
