The interest in alternative forms of dispute resolution (ADR) is stimulated by the growing cost of litigation and a recognition that the interests of various parties to disputes are often best served by mediating issues rather than heading straight to contentious proceedings which at time are stressful and not cost effective. Increasingly arbitration and mediation tools are being deployed in areas such as employment, construction and commercial disputes.

 Members of our office are also members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and as a result they act in arbitrations especially on employment issues and union disputes representing the employers side mostly. We also have an extensive and growing practice in a wide range of covers like commercial, construction, sports, financial and accident disputes.
